What rights are you covered for?

Media Rights for the Students (Non-Commercial)
- Use of APM’s Production Music Catalogue in any school/curriculum projects (i.e., films/tv/games etc.).
- Rights to display the productions in Festivals.
- Non-commercial Rights: you may post clips or full projects on social media or online platforms (i.e., Vimeo, YouTube) as part of showcasing your work, but commercial use is prohibited unless additional licensing is purchased.
Media Rights for the School
- Radio rights for the school to use APM music on their radio station as interstitials.
- Web and TV rights for the school to use the music in their projects that present their school activities (i.e., sports games, open houses, graduation). These might air on Vimeo (to a privately invited audience or possibly on a local Niagara station).

Track removals: Please note that from time-to-time tracks need to be removed from our website for a variety of reasons. When this happens, you will receive a notification email informing you of what has been removed. If you have downloaded any music to your hard drive, please remove those tracks so you don’t use them going forward. You do not have to remove any tracks that are already in your productions. To ensure that you always receive these important updates, please add the legal@apmmusic.com address to your inbox’s safe senders list.
